The Security component of our service is greatly enhanced with the implementation of a Security Monitoring System. A GPS Tracking System used in our security vehicles as well as a System for Patrol Monitoring. Our Disaster Response Team (Tactical Force Team) is armed with the ability to mobilize and continue to provide services to our clients in the event of any untimely disaster situation. It should also be noted that we have a wealth of experience working within various Educational facilities with a particular focus on providing proactive security measures.
We have also established and maintained an excellent working relationship with various local enforcement agencies, including the New Orleans Police department and Sheriff offices in the Greater New Orleans Area. Our services are provided on a 24-hour basis with Dispatchers on duty to facilitate all calls from our clients, with supervision for every worksite. The main goal of our company is to always provide our clients with the highest quality service.
Within our hiring process, we place a concerted effort towards selecting the most qualified and experienced personnel. At onset, the application process begins with the completion of a "Pre Employment Screening Form", which is completed by each applicant to determine if they are compatible with the needs of the assignment. Once the applicant is approved to continue, he or she will move through the required application this process. Requires pertinent and valid documents to be current and legible. We require previous employment, criminal background checks, and the completion of all state requirements for security personnel. Once the applicant has successfully completed all phases required, they are then scheduled for training.
